Judas is the third and brand new album by A Brand. Their debut ‘45RPM’ was released in 2004, and the very succesful follow up album ‘Hammerhead’ appeared in 2006. The title track became their biggest hit to date and remained 8 weeks at N°1 in ‘De Afrekening’ and was elected best song of 2006 (Stubru). 2008: The new single ‘Time’ is currently getting massive airplay at Stubru and climbing up the charts (Afrekening & Hotlist). ‘Judas’ promises to be their best album to date. The sound is quite eclectic, with influences ranging from electro, soul & disco, to 70ies FM rock. The tone of the record is very up beat, but underneath the lyrics tackle subjets like loss and deceit (Cf. Judas). The band can’t wait to present the new songs on stage and confirm their solid reputation as one of the best belgian live bands. Kick off concert of the new tour is at Pukkelpop, followed by a string of summerdates and a clubtour in the fall.

With 'Time', the first single of their third album 'Judas', that will be released end of August on 62 TV Records.
The new single entered the playlist of STUDIO BRUSSEL and will be available 21st June on the 'Time EP', a digital download on i-tunes. The tracklist of this digital release looks like this:

A BRAND also participated on the radio program 'Rendez-Vous', which means they recorded a cover to celebrate the 25th birthday of STUDIO BRUSSEL. They did chose for 'Thunderstruck' from AC/DC. You can hear it here.
